This Privacy Policy applies to the synplasticity.ai website and the early-access signup form operated by synplasticity.ai ("we", "us", "our"). If you have any questions, contact us at privacy@synplasticity.ai.
2. Information we collect
When you submit our early-access or contact form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Company name (optional)
- The workflow or message you share with us
- Technical metadata such as IP address, browser user agent, and submission timestamp, used for spam prevention
3. How we use your information
- To contact you about early access to synplasticity.ai
- To respond to your questions or requests
- To improve our product based on the workflows you describe
- To detect and prevent abuse of the form
Our legal basis is your consent, which you provide when you submit the form. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@synplasticity.ai.
4. Sub-processors
We share your data only with the service providers we need to run the site:
- Lovable Cloud (managed Supabase) — application backend and database
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Cloudflare — hosting and edge runtime
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
5. Data retention
We keep early-access submissions for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, after which they are deleted unless we have a legal obligation to keep them longer.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@synplasticity.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including HTTPS, access controls, and encrypted storage at our sub-processors. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users without undue delay if a breach occurs.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated on this page.
